National Storage has worked with Explore as our Staff - Training Partner since 2001.
Over this time our company has grown from 2 centres in Queensland to 60 centres nationally. One of the most important factors underpinning our growth has been an ability to impart a consistent and comprehensive Sales and Customers service philosophy to our staff in a number of geographically diverse and discreetly different markets.
Explore has greatly assisted us in achieving this goal by providing engaging, humorous and challenging training in an environment which has facilitated our staffs' growth at both a professional and a personal level.
Matt and Freya have been tremendous in providing a comprehensive service including both Basic and Advanced Sales Training, Mystery Shopping, Staff Selection Services as well as higher - level Leadership seminars and workshops for our Senior Management Team.
Matt's ability to draw on the inherent characteristics of his audience and first discover and then challenge deeply held individual beliefs and prejudices has been a key ingredient in the success of the training undertaken by Explore across our group of centres.
More recently Explore has been closely involved in training a team of sales based consultants for the new National Storage Customer Contact Centre, a task made more challenging by the fact that none of these persons had previous storage industry experience. The great success of this training has been reflected in the excellent results we are now seeing from this new initiative.
