Scope:
Explore was contracted to design and implement an easy to use Staff Training Program that:
- Would endure shifts in consumer trends.
- Was easily relocatable to accompany planned acquisitions.
- Was succinct and maximised time spent in training.
- Accommodated diversity in the competency of staff skill realization and levels of understanding.
Outcome:
Over a period of 7 years, Explore “rolled out” an expansive and comprehensive Training Program that began with the Level 1 SACS Course included in the Company Induction, a system that is still in place today. Working hand in hand with the HR department of this Company, Explore were able to ensure that a uniform skill base was established and maintained. We also built and created personal value into the training so that staff was keen to train on a regular basis, to become the best they could be for the company – a win / win situation.
