Scope:

Explore was contracted to present at the Company’s Annual Conference attended by staff and Franchisees from all over the world. The brief was for Explore to ensure that:

• All guests felt motivated and enthusiastic for the conference over the proceeding days.
• People were able to relate to making tough decisions regardless of the setting.
• Guests were entertained but at the same time understood the “moral to the story”.
• All guests were aware of the importance of working as a team and the force that a united front in a global market can present.

Outcome:

From the opening night presentation, delegates were happy to engage in healthy debate, question more openly and communicate more honestly over the ensuing days. Delegates loved Explore’s Motivational Presentation - A good indication of how they enjoyed it was that Question time ran for 90 minutes!

Explore has presented at this Conference for 3 years running – each time customising a different Expedition and it’s stories to complement the Clients Conference message.
