  • Be the preferred Training Provider for all our clients. This is done through, Mutual Respect Contracts, diligent pre-training research, over-achieving during training and post training follow-ups.
  • Consistently monitor and adapt face – to -face training methods. This is done by way of: Staff Feedback Forms and Facilitator Feedback Forms upon the completion of training.
  • Increase per unit conversion rates, customer satisfaction levels and acquisition rates by providing cutting edge Training Programs and ongoing Client Support. This is done by way of: Competitor Analysis, Induction Training Programs and Mystery Shop Reports.
  • Provide our clients with Quality Assurance Guaranteed. This is done by way of Follow-ups on all our clients and verbal Client Satisfaction Surveys.
  • Act on the suggestions and needs of our clients to ensure that they stay ahead of their market and we stay up to date with their requirements. This is done through the design and introduction of new and innovative training courses and methods and by keeping ahead of our competitors.
  • Be reliable, arrive early and leave late. This is done through us just being us – ultra professional.
